Want to give back to the community and help make this the best party the furry fandom can offer? Look no further. We are looking for volunteers to help with a variety of roles.

Requirements

Volunteers for NYFB must abide by hotel rules / procedures and our Code of Conduct. It is important we act in a respectful manner and be courteous of the needs of others.

We require all volunteers to be at least 18 years of age.

You work as much as you want to! There is no time commitment but we do ask that you sign in with the Volunteer Coordinator and sign out when you are done.

A valid NYFB registration is required in order to volunteer for the event.

Unless the role calls for it, we ask that you do not fursuit while volunteering.

Hours worked do not carry over from year to year.

Volunteer gifts

Every bit counts towards making this an excellent event, therefore we provide gifts to our volunteers based on hours worked.

4 Hours - 2025 NYFB Shotglass & 2025 NYFB T-Shirt*
6 hours or more - Prior gifts & free registration for the next convention year

*Gifts can be redeemed during con while supplies last. If supply is sold out you can request to receive the shotglass / shirt during the next convention year.
